SHIPMENT
Shipment takes place within 3 to 5 days of payment, a few more for custom orders. All orders are shipped by registered mail. Once shipped you will be provided with the parcel tracking number via email. Shipping costs are at the expense of the purchaser. When possible we will use recycled materials for shipping.
Approximate shipping times are as follows:
Italy: 1-2 working days
Europe: 1-2 weeks
Outside Europe: approximately 2 weeks
Taller Mapa is not liable for customs duties that may apply.
REFUND
In the case you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. Returned items must be in the same condition of sale and with its original packaging. The return must always be made via registered mail. Return shipment costs are at the expense of the purchaser including any customs fees. We do not accept returns on custom orders.
